Freshly paved residential driveway with a clean asphalt edge and white striping
Residential

A driveway you don't think about for ten years.

We pour 3" of compacted hot-mix asphalt over a properly graded gravel base — the way it should be done. No corners cut, no thin pours, no "we'll come back to seal it next year." Just an honest driveway that drains, holds up to plow blades, and stays black until you want to seal it.

  • Full-depth replacement or fresh install — both priced clearly
  • 3" compacted asphalt over engineered base (no shortcuts)
  • Hand-troweled edges for a clean look at curbs and garage thresholds
  • 2-year workmanship warranty on every driveway we install

Commercial

Lots that work as hard as your business.

Retail, restaurant, medical, industrial — we pave parking lots scheduled around your hours, not ours. Mill-and-overlay for tired surface courses. Full-depth tear-outs when the base is gone. ADA-compliant striping every time. We coordinate with your tenants and post lot-closure notices so customer impact stays minimal.

  • Off-hours and weekend scheduling available
  • Mill-and-overlay or full reconstruction — we tell you which you actually need
  • ADA-compliant striping with stenciled accessibility markings
  • Multi-property maintenance contracts for HOAs and property managers

Maintenance

Sealcoat every 2-3 years and your asphalt lasts a generation.

UV breaks down asphalt binder. Water seeps into hairline cracks, freezes, and tears the pavement apart from below. A two-coat sealcoat application — applied at the right temperature, at the right thickness — stops both. We use commercial-grade coal-tar or asphalt-emulsion sealers, never the watered-down stuff you pick up at the box store.

  • Two-coat application — most competitors do one
  • Cracks filled before sealing (or it's all wasted work)
  • Sand-loaded for traction on driveways with slope
  • Restriping included on commercial lots

FAQ

Questions every Idaho property owner asks.

How much does asphalt paving cost in Twin Falls?
For most residential driveways in the Magic Valley, expect $5–$8 per square foot for a fresh install with a properly compacted base. A standard 600 sq ft driveway typically lands in the $3,000–$5,000 range depending on access, slope, and base condition. Commercial lots are quoted per project — we line-item materials, mobilization, and labor so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Always free, always in writing.
When is the best time to pave in Idaho?
May through early October is the prime window. Hot-mix asphalt needs ground temperatures above ~50°F to compact properly. We schedule paving and sealcoating around weather forecasts — if a cold snap is coming, we'd rather move your job a week than do it wrong. Crack filling and patch repair can extend into late October.
How long does a new asphalt driveway last?
A properly installed driveway with a stable base lasts 20–30 years in Idaho if you sealcoat every 2–3 years and fill cracks as they appear. The two biggest killers are water (freezing under the surface) and UV (breaking down the binder at the top). Both are solved by sealcoating — which is why it's the cheapest dollar-for-dollar maintenance you can buy.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Every install comes with a standard 2-year workmanship warranty against defects in our work. Settlement, base failure, or material flaws on us — wear-and-tear or damage from heavy machinery on you. We put it in writing on the contract, no fine-print surprises.
Can you pave over an existing driveway?
Sometimes. If the existing surface is structurally sound (no major alligator cracking, no base failure), we can mill the top inch and overlay with 1.5–2" of fresh asphalt. If the base is shot — which is true for most driveways more than 25 years old — overlaying just hides the problem. We tell you the truth either way.
What areas do you serve?
Twin Falls, Jerome, Buhl, Kimberly, Filer, Wendell, Hansen, Hagerman, Gooding, Rupert, Burley, and most of the Magic Valley within a 50-mile radius. If you're not sure, call us — we'll tell you straight up whether your job fits our service area.
